International Personal Finance’s consumer finance business in Poland, Provident Polska, has been named one of three winners in the countries Fair to Women Best of 2024 award.
The competition, organised by the Vox Feminae Institute, promotes equal treatment and equal opportunities for women at work and certifies those employers who create the best working conditions for women - primarily in terms of equal pay and promotion opportunities, but also through programmes to support work-life balance, promote women's participation in management positions and equality in organisational culture.
Commenting on the award, Country Manager of Provident Polska Aga Klos said: “This is a really important award for us. We have been working hard for many years to create a friendly workplace, continuously improving procedures and developing internal programmes for all our colleagues. We are delighted that these efforts have been recognised.”
Also winning an award in this year's compeittion alongside Provident Polska were Heineken Kraków and DHL Polska.
