In 2022 this meant:

  • The roll out of a new development programme resulting in 300 customer representatives being promoted in Mexico.
  • Partnering with Harvard Business School and LinkedIn Learning to support our development programmes which were accessed by over 300 people.
  • Mexico home credit began implementing the ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Standard, with accreditation expected in 2023.
  • The launch of a new global Careers Portal.
  • Approximately 5,000 colleagues joined our annual global Learning Festival.
  • The creation of a global learning academy for our customer representative and call centre colleagues. Featuring 25 pathways, it offers colleagues support to develop their skills.
