People and culture

IPF Group is a global employer with over 21,000 colleagues, supporting 1.7 million customers across nine international markets. Regardless of location, we aim to attract, inspire and engage a talented workforce which flourishes and is proud to work for us.

We have created a culture in which our talented and diverse workforce can thrive and feel valued. Our culture can be described as adaptable, ethical, empathetic, and with a strong focus on customers.

Our ambition is for all our people to have fulfilling careers and that, as part of this, they have access to high-quality, relevant development opportunities; we believe that investing in employee development is an investment in the development of the entire organisation.

This involved:

  • The roll out of a new development programme resulting in 300 customer representatives being promoted in Mexico.
  • Partnering with Harvard Business School and LinkedIn Learning to support our development programmes which were accessed by over 300 people.
  • Mexico home credit began implementing the ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Standard, with accreditation expected in 2023.
  • The launch of a new global Careers Portal.
  • Approximately 5,000 colleagues joined our annual global Learning Festival.
  • The creation of a global learning academy for our customer representative and call centre colleagues. Featuring 25 pathways, it offers colleagues support to develop their skills.
