Our target consumer segment is not well served by the financial services sector for a number of reasons which may include having a hard-to-verify income, no bank account, no geographic access or internet access, and the small sums they wish to borrow are not of interest to banks.
We are here not only to help our customers when they need it most today, but they can also be sure of our support on their ongoing financial journey so they can plan for tomorrow.
Our financial services have many and varied uses. When the grill in a family restaurant breaks down, a loan to buy a new one can quickly get the kitchen back on line. Another couple want to finance a small business where they use the loan to re-condition second-hand cars which they can sell for a profit. Some customers use our health insurance product when an emergency means unexpected medical bills. Others can use one of our medical packages to visit a private doctor when there are no available appointments in the public health service. All of these solutions improve the quality of our customers’ lives.
