International Personal Finance celebrates Ethics Week

IPF celebrates Ethics Week

Global financial services business, International Personal FInance (IPF), has launched its 9th annual Ethics Week.  The week brings together colleagues working in the Group’s nine markets to celebrate what it means to be a values-led and ethical business serving 1.7million customers across the globe.

Local events and activities will be hosted over the course of the week to support awareness, share experiences and spark discussion around the business’ value and ethics.  It also provides the opportunity to support the work that happens at all times of the year to ensure colleagues are demonstrating the behaviours expected when interacting with stakeholders inside and outside the organisation.

Events will include:

·       Ethics panel discussions on different ethical challenges

·        Whistleblowing process surveys

·        Annual ethics e-learning training course for all colleagues

Gergely Mikola, Group Corporate Affairs Director said: “This is a fantastic opportunity to understand real-life ethical dilemmas in our day-to-day work and how they impacts responsible behaviour and decision making.  Now in its 9th year, the IPF Ethics Week highlights current ethics challenges, encourages discussion on ethical matters and helps us define how we deliver on our purpose of Building a Better World through Financial Inclusion for our customers.”
