International Personal Finance’s (IPF) home credit business in Poland has won a Top Employer award for the tenth year in a row.
Awarded by the Top Employers Institute, the award recognises companies around the world that have created the best working conditions for their employees and demonstrate high standards of human resource management including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Wellbeing, amongst others.
