Provident in Poland named diversity leader

Provident Polska, IPF’s polish consumer credit company, has been awarded the prestigious Diversity IN Check certificate for the fifth time, reaffirming our ongoing commitment to fostering a diverse, equal and inclusive workplace.

The certification, granted by the Responsible Business Forum in collaboration with the Institute of Labour and Social Affairs and the PBS Research Agency, indicates the maturity of an organisation in terms of diversity management.  The process is based on international standards such as SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals), ISO 26000 and GRI Standards and audits company practices and policies, ensuring that only those with a sustained focus on diversity, equality and inclusion are recognised.  The survey covers key areas including diversity support programmes, engagement building, monitoring of performance indicators, and accessibility of products and services.

Provident Polska joins other leading companies including Santander, mBank, Orange, PwC and EY in receiving this year’s certification.

Commenting on the certification, Country Manager of Provident Polska, Marcin Zuchowski said: “This recognition underscores our belief that an inclusive culture is vital not only to our people, but also to our performance, innovation and long-term success.”
