Receiving external recognition is important to us as it demonstrates our product and services are valued by our customers and they recognise the trust we have built in the communities we serve.
We remain a constituent of the FTSE4Good Index following the December 2016 review. We are pleased to have reached 3.9 out of 5.0 in the FTSE ESG rating.
