Provident Hungary named Best Large Enterprise in Personal Customer Service

International Personal Finance plc's consumer credit business in Hungary has been recognised for a record eleventh year in the Hungarian “Excellence in Customer Service” competition, winning the award for personal customer service in the large enterprise category alongside major global brands including Mercedes.

The recognition, by Client First Consulting, one of the largest customer experience companies in the region, once again affirms Provident Hungary's commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences, a core value that is one of Provident’s defining principles.

The results are based on a combination of mystery shopping outcomes and customer feedback. Provident Hungary not only achieved outstanding results in personal customer service, but also excelled in telephone customer service, earning second place in that category too.

Provident Hungary's Country Manager, Viktor Boczán, said the awards provided important feedback to the team as well as providing confirmation that customer satisfaction is always the number one priority of the business: “Winning the personal customer service award reflects the fact that our employees are  dedicated to delivering the best service to our customers and they go above and beyond to ensure that every interaction is an excellent experience.

"Through our “Think Customer” programme, we are continually assessing and improving our sales processes, and enhancing the effectiveness of our customer relationships to deliver a great customer experience and meet our purpose to build a better world through financial inclusion,” Viktor added.
