In 2014 we launched our digital brand hapiloans in Poland and later acquired MCB Finance – an experienced provider of digital loans in Europe and Australia with the Credit24 and Sving brands.
MCB Finance and hapiloans have since come together and is now operating as IPF Digital in Poland, Finland, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania and Australia under the Credit24, hapiloans and Sving brands. We are due to launch our digital business in Spain in 2015.
We have an excellent track record of creating value for our shareholders. We operate in markets where there are good growth opportunities and consumers are relatively underserved by financial services providers. We are also modernising the business and launching more products and channels to deliver future growth.
