IPF in the Czech Republic wins second customer centricity award
International Personal Finance’s home credit business in the Czech Republic has been recognised for its customer centric culture strategy in the CX Awards run by the Clientology Institute.
The Customer Experience team won the award in the CX Vision/Strategy category for the plan which is being implemented to ensure the service to our customers is of the highest standards.
Hanka Chmelíková, a member of the Customer Experience team in the Czech Republic, said: "We are focusing more on the needs and preferences of our customers. We are actively listening to those we serve and introducing a range of innovations to ensure that our customers are always at the heart of everything we do. We are delighted to have won this award and that the Clientology Instute recognises the value in the work we are undertaking with our customers."
This honour quickly follows the award won by International Personal Finance’s European home credit business in the European Customer Centricity Awards 2020. The business was recognised for its teamwork, creativity and leadership in developing an international team responsible for implementing customer-friendly services across all its European markets – including the Czech Republic.
