Dividend policy

Our policy is to adopt a progressive dividend policy, reflecting the profitability of the Group's businesses as well as its capital and cash flow requirements to achieve a dividend cover of about 4-5 times.

Dividends can be paid direct into your UK bank or building society by completing a dividend mandate form. You can do this online using our electronic shareholder services.
