This ensures we carry out our business activities in a fair and professional manner and do not carry out any actions that could put the group's reputation at risk. It also means that our operations respect human rights and that all our employees and third parties acting on behalf of our business execute their responsibilities within the law and with integrity.
Whistle-blowing
International Personal Finance is committed to promoting a climate of openness and dialogue in the workplace in which staff feel free to raise concerns in a reasonable and responsible way, without fear of recrimination or victimisation. While we make every effort to avoid any form of malpractice and mismanagement, our group whistle-blowing policy and procedures have been designed to enable concerns such as failure to comply with a legal obligations, impropriety, fraud or unethical behaviour, to be raised at a high level.
