The loan process

New customers

  • Customer makes contact through our website, contact centre or via a local agent 

  • Contact centre makes initial assessment

  • Agent visits potential customer. Income and expenditure assessment is carried out.

  • Request for loan considered

  • If successful, cash is delivered to the customer’s home or transferred to the customer’s bank account

  • Weekly repayments are collected by the agent from the customer’s home or made by bank transfer

Existing customers

  • Good customers based on their previous repayment performance are identified for additional lending and contacted

  • Agent visits customer to re-verify income and expenditure

  • Request for loan considered

  • If successful, cash is delivered to the customer’s home or transferred to customer’s bank account

  • Weekly repayments are collected by the agent from the customer’s home or made by bank transfer
